Had two boxes so far and they’ve been amazing. I wanted to try something new as I just wore the same style of clothing every day. I wrote to my personal shopper what I’m after and she’s been fantastic both times. I receive a box every 3 months. They come beautifully packed with a guide of what clothes you’ve got and what goes with them and a lovely letter from your personal shopper of what they’ve chosen. My next box is due in sept. And I can’t wait to see what I’ve got!!

Quality clothing. Would of kept the whole box if the fit had been good for me. Did keep 3 items which I’m very happy with. Looking forward to my next delivery.

I love ordering from Lookiero when I’m in need of inspiration; they always send me items I would never pick for myself and during this last year it’s been great not having to go into a physical shop to update my wardrobe

I have purchased many boxes from Lookiero in the past, my last box was awful. It was over priced and extremely poor quality, so I sent it all back. This was in February and they’re still claiming they haven’t received it after sending them numerous emails and proof of return. They are now threatening to bill me and take money from my account for a load of tat that had already been returned months ago. There is also NO option to delete account, NO option to remove card details. I’m beginning to think this is a fraudulent company sending seconds at an extremely high retail price

I loved everything Lookiero sent me! The quality was exceptional and great value for money. The clothes sent to me are probably things I wouldn’t have chosen for myself but when I received them and tried them on I totally loved them. I highly recommend using Lookiero!

Really loved my outfits from Lookiero. The sizes were spot on and I love wearing them. I don’t like clothes shopping and can never find clothes I like. I would definitely recommend.

This company are bullies and con artists they have no respect for disable people or people who are vunerable and have mental health issues anyone thinking about shopping with them my advice don't bother customer support are rubbish

I have only been with Lookiero for a short time, but based on the initial set of clothes chosen, I think they take a lot of care and consideration to choose the appropriate clothes to suit the individual needs of their customers.

Really glad I made this decision. Never experienced having a personal shopper before, was always too scared because I'm awkward. My fibromyalgia plays havoc with my skin, I have 4 kids, 2 dogs. My clothes have to be functional, look, and feel good on. I also have eclectic taste in everything, some may think my style strange. Anyway, I was assigned a personal shopper who asked me what was what and to describe me. I could of uploaded a picture of myself for her to go off, but, I chose not to as I don't do photos unless absolutely necessary. My wonderful shopper got me down to a T! The styles are beautiful and feel so light and soft against my ever so sensitive skin. I chose to buy the contents of my first box because I was literally over the moon. Quality of the materials is fantastic. Also the fact that she managed to cater for my sexy purple Dr. Martins was incredible. Thank you so so much! I am excited to see what she puts together next!

I've ordered around 5 of these and have loved everything they have sent! I've only had to return 1 item (shoes), and it was very easy, really good customer service. For someone like me who doesn't particularly enjoy clothes shopping, this has been perfect. I started using it during lockdown, but will be continuing even when everything is open again.

First time user of lookiero, the items were lovely and stylist had clearly tried to listen to my notes and choose things she thought I would like... however, delivery was over 10 days late with no updates given from lookiero, and the returns process is seeming to be rather difficult and now very worried I will get charged for all items. It is advised you will recieve a pre paid envelope to return but there is NO return label in the package at all?! Once you have completed checkout it then tells you via email to arrange your return via hermes but then takes you to a DPD local page?! All very confusing and I really hope this is resolved very soon. I have contacted via the form on their website but no reply as yet...
